We will be joined by Frank Clark from Colonial Williamsburg to talk about 18th century brewing and building a better historical beer from the colonial America era. On the fourth Thursday of each month (minus November and December) we will be doing a Live Stream Event. This is to bring education to our members to grow in brewing. Each session will be approximately one hour long. There will be a question and answer period after the presentation is complete, followed by a happy hour.
Exploring the beer styles and how to make them. Each episode will feature a specific beer style. From classics, oddballs and lost styles. We will have special guest and award winning brewers to share there secrets of making better beer, cider and mead.
Grains, hops and more. This little piece of the pillar is where we will talk about a specific grain, hop, brewing technique and just some helpful hints for your brew day. For the grain portion, we have partnered with Missouri Malt Supply to bring you information on specific grains and there usage. From time to time there will even be some samples available to club members to try them.
